What is a creator pack?

Packs help you save money by creating a pricing plan tailored to you and the amount of video you need to edit each month.

Each pack gives you:
- 30 minutes of video upload per month
- 10GB of cloud storage

You can adjust the slider above to stack multiple packs based on your needs.

‍For example:
If you need to upload 3 hours of video per month, you can buy 6 packs. This would also give you 60GB of cloud storage.
Your upload allowance resets on the 1st of each month. So each month, you would be able to upload 3 hours of video.
Your storage allowance acts like a folder on your computer. So you can delete videos to clear space.

What is a creator pack?

A Creator pack is a pack of usage that applies to your team.
‍
One Creator pack comes with 0.5 hours of video upload/month and 10GB of cloud storage.
‍
You can use the slider to buy multiple Creator packs to get more usage. For example, if you need 3 hours of video/upload per month, then you will need 6x Creator packs.
‍
As a Creator, you can invite one extra member to your team (have a total of 2 members in your team) and you can have 2 custom templates.

What is the team plan?

Our Team plans (starting at 3 seats) allows you to purchase seats for a team. Each seat comes with 3 hours of video upload/month, 60GB of cloud storage, and 3 custom templates.

You can invite one member for every seat purchased to your team. For example, if you purchase 4 Team seats, you will have 12 hours of video upload/month, 240GB of cloud storage and 12 custom templates and you will be able to have up to 4 members in your team.

Every team member has access to this shared usage via your team. If you need more granular control, such as allocating specific usage to specific members, or if you have any questions about our pricing, please feel free to contact us.

How do I choose a plan?

If you are not sure of how much usage you will need, you can always start on one Creator pack plan and then upgrade to more packs or a Team plan if you need more usage. If none of these plans are suitable for you, please get in touch with our team to discuss whether creating a custom plan is a viable option for you.

Do I need a credit card for a free account?

Nope! You can sign up for a free account without a credit card.

When does my usage reset?

Your usage resets to 0 on the 1st day of every calendar month. You can always upgrade or downgrade to a different plan to suit your usage requirements.

How do I cancel or downgrade my subscription?

You can easily cancel or downgrade your subscription from your account settings.
