Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied. After that, we don't refund partial months, but you can cancel anytime.

A Creator pack is a pack of usage that applies to your team. One Creator pack comes with 0.5 hours of video upload/month and 10GB of cloud storage. You can use the slider to buy multiple Creator packs.
How does the Team plan work?
Our Team plans (starting at 3 seats) allows you to purchase seats for a team. Each seat comes with 3 hours of video upload/month, 60GB of cloud storage, and 3 custom templates. You can invite one member per seat.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Nope! You can sign up for a free account without a credit card.
When does my usage reset?
Your usage resets to 0 on the 1st day of every calendar month. You can always upgrade or downgrade to a different plan to suit your usage requirements.
How do I cancel or downgrade?
You can easily cancel or downgrade your subscription from your account settings.
